In fact, I have experienced my own very personal struggles with mental health imbalances.
l went through depression, anxiety, stress, and suicidal tendencies.
I wanted to break free of all those issues, feel more worthy, peaceful, and stop my chronic worrying.
I wanted to live my life from a place of absolute acceptance, and peace, filled with powerful wellbeing and joy. And not learn to not take things personally, and go into a devastating spiral of emotions.
I discovered the scientific, research-backed way to get over all those issues and feel more complete and connected to my friends, myself and my family.
Over the years, I have helped others to heal through simple exercises that can be consistently followed from the comfort of their home, and not take all the expensive pills that claim to solve their issues but may only burn a hole in their wallet.
